TO BE TRULY HAPPY REMOVE TOXIC PEOPLE FROM YOUR LIFE

The first step is to recognise who they are and sometimes it’s not that easy as they don’t always have a sign around their neck saying ‘Beware I’m Toxic!’

It can be a challenge as it can be someone who’s been in your life for years, someone you love, someone who tells you that you’re awesome and the best thing that ever happened to them or someone who appears on the surface to have your back.

Sometimes these people don’t want to, or mean to be sabotaging you but they are and however much you try and figure out why - the fact remains the same... You will never thrive whilst surrounded with toxicity and relationships that drain you and take you off course.

🛑 STOP 🛑 Every time you procrastinate you risk missing out on life! Opportunities can pass you by. You waste time. You invite self doubt to come and play.

If you are prone to overthinking, delaying and postponing stuff. THINK AGAIN! Think about how you could use that time and energy to positively impact your life.

I know it can be a hard habit to break so start small. Firstly practise being self-aware so that you can recognise when you are procrastinating! Then set boundaries around the situation. You can do this by outlining 2 or 3 options, then list the top pros and cons for each and give yourself a deadline. You must decide by 9pm for example!!

Once you start to make decisions without tonnes of procrastinating you start to model new behaviours and stop pressing that pause button on life!

Go on... give it a try!

CREATE YOUR OWN MOMENTUM & YOU CAN FLY

We all have times when we feel like the world is against us. Yes it can feel frustrating, demotivating and bloody hard work but that’s no reason to stop.

Once you jump into the drivers seat and start creating your own momentum you don’t need the wind to be blowing in your direction (i.e. what some would call luck). You create such force that don’t need to rely on any external factors.

Yesterday I was privileged to spend time with 2 of my wonderful clients who 6 months ago could never have imagined being where they are today. The reason that they are now happier and ‘going places’ is because of a MINDSET SHIFT.

Remember that you hold the keys to your engine and you belong in the drivers seat. YOU CAN DO THIS!
