Friday 5th July, 10am-1pm at The College Farm, Chearsley Rd, Long Crendon, Aylesbury HP18 9AP

Are you looking to:

  • Build a positive ‘I can’ approach to living life?
  • Learn techniques to make change happen?
  • Uncover your self-belief to thrive not survive?

If so, this interactive workshop is for you!

There isn’t a manual for living a happy life and I certainly don’t have a magic wand, but I can share my practical framework to help you create a life that you truly love, gain clarity on where you want to go and how you can get there.

Through a combination of short seminars and practical break-out sessions you will:

  • Get to know yourself better by identifying and understanding your core values
  • Acquire the tools to avoid self-sabotage and imposter syndrome
  • Boost your self-belief and confidence
  • Learn how you can make changes that last a lifetime rather than a few days or weeks

If you want to be motivated, inspired and educated so that you can start on your journey this is the place for you!

Light refreshments are available throughout the afternoon and there’ll be a goodie bag for you take home brimming with delights.

Below is what guests at previous ‘Create a Life you Love’ Workshops have to say…

“Everything was great! Roo’s presentation was very professional and engaging. Loads of useful nuggets of information throughout and valuable takeaways to use immediately. Lovely venue and very welcoming atmosphere.” Gregory

“This workshop has given me some useful techniques for the aspects of life that I usually find challenging. Thank you.” Chris

“I had decided to write off this year as one to ‘get through’ so that I could be happy again in 2020 because this is the year that I will get divorced. Today at the workshop, I have completely reframed this and now have a list of positive things that I can achieve this year. It’s a year of change and now it can be positive!”

“I would totally recommend this workshop as it gives practical tools to make consistent changes for what we want in our lives. It can be applied to any area of life. The afternoon had a great flow, the location is beautiful and I loved Roo!” Tais

“My mini lightbulb moment. I don’t need BIG plans and targets to start to make change. Small steps = strides in the future.”

“I have come away feeling motivated to go ad achieve my goals by creating smaller, more realistic steps. Roo has been amazing at making me feel like I can!” Lauren

“I loved the relaxed atmosphere and Roo makes you feel so comfortable. She is warm and friendly and explains things clearly. Her 3 Pillars of Change framework makes so much sense.” Amanda
